There's something special that we all can do for each other in Palm Coast. Chances are that one of your neighbors, living right down your block, is struggling to pay a utility bill. The City has created a new PLAN to help these folks: People Lending Assistance to Neighbors gives each and every utility customer the opportunity to donate dollars to assist other residents in need with paying a utility bill.
The process is simple. You can authorize the Utility Department to add a donation to your own bill. Contributions may be made in any dollar denomination and you can choose to donate on one utility bill or on as many bills as you wish. Your contribution will be administered by Hope Network, an independent non-denominational, non-profit outreach program.
With economic difficulties impacting so many in Palm Coast, lending your support and relief truly indicates that we are a community that cares about each other.
