The following information is needed:
- Customer's Name
- Service Address
- Driver's License #
- Documentation of Lease (rental) or Ownership (proof of purchase)
- Deposit - The deposit amount varies. See the application for more information.
- Completed application (online application) and agreement forms.
Take completed forms, proper identification and deposit to the Utility Department during office hours.
PLEASE NOTE
*The new account will list all parties listed on the lease or ownership documents.
*All new service requires a 24 hour notice for turn-on.
*A $25 service fee will appear on your first bill or $35 if service is connected after 4pm.
*Payment in full of any previous balances due may be required prior to establishing new service.

Use this link to request the delivery of monthly utility bills by e-mail rather than on paper. Electronic payment of e-bills is allowed but is not required. Please note that you will not be able to sign up for e-bills or self service automatic deductions until you have received your first bill.
Bills are considered delinquent and a late charge will be added 20 days from the bill date.
If your service is disconnected due to non-payment you will be charged a reconnection fee.
If your service is scheduled for shut off, payment must be received by the office no later than 5pm on the business day prior to your scheduled disconnection or your service will be shut off.
