Fun in the Sun Summer Camp

Days filled with smiles, games, weekly themes, swimming, music and fun await children this summer at the Palm Coast Parks & Recreation's Fun in the Sun Summer Camp. Choose to attend as many weeks as you'd like. Camp includes snacks, camp T-shirt and special fun days at the pool. Field Trips are an additional fee. For more information, call the City's Parks & Recreation Department at 386-986-2323.

Dates: June 10- August 9th

Times: 9:00am- 5:00pm (Early drop off begins at 7:30am and late pick up until 6pm options are available)

Grades: Kindergartners through eighth graders (just completed grade)

Fee: $75 per week

Registration is available at the Palm Coast Community Center (305 Palm Coast Pkwy NE) or the Frieda Zamba Swimming Pool (339 Parkview Dr.).

Adult Programs

Once a month, the City will offer a selected trip to the community. Registration includes : transportation to and from designated trip, admission into the attraction, lunch may be on your own or lunch may be included into the price. Each participant must fill out a registration form prior to the trip date. A registration form must be filled out for each desired trip. Payment is due at time of registration. First come, first serve.

Get your game on with Palm Coast Parks and Recreation 3rd Annual Summer Basketball League. Men's open league of 5v5 play. Players must be 18 years of age and up. Verification of age required of all players. Team registration will be held from February 11 –June 5. Payment is due at the time of registration. A mandatory team captains meeting will be held on June 5 at 6:30 pm at Palm Coast Community Center.

Days & Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 11 to August 8 (includes make-ups and play-offs)
Game Time: 7:00 pm, 8:00pm, 9:00pm
Game Location: Buddy Taylor Middle School Gymnasium

Looking for a new hobby or favorite past time? Whittle your way to tranquility while meeting new people. This is a relaxed carving group that is mixed with men and women. All levels of experience are welcome, from beginners to seasoned carvers. Visitors ages 60 and older are welcomed.

Days: Tuesdays (Starting January 1st)
Time: 1:00-4:00pm
Location: James Holland Park
Fee: $35 per person (1 year from date of purchase)

The nation's first and largest course for motorists ages 50 and older. This class will identify ways older drivers can compensate for the physical changes that occur as they age and provides research based information to help update driving knowledge and skills.

Toddler Programs

This 6-week parent/child program will focus on the basic skills of soccer.

Join us as we visit playgrounds through out the City for playground time, arts and crafts and games for the 2-3 year old. Playground Pals is a great way to meet new friends and discover new playgrounds in the community.
