Bill McGuire brings a diversified business management/problem solving background to his Palm Coast City Council position. For thirty years, he supervised thousands of employees in processing and producing parts for airplanes, glass furnaces, steel and aluminum casings and aircraft engine parts. He also assisted in the restructuring and start-up operations for several manufacturing plants.

Mr. McGuire hails from Missouri where he received specialized career instruction in quality control team training from private industry corporations such as McDonnell Douglas Aircraft, Combustion Engineering, Hitchiner, Anthony B. Cassedy & Associations, General Electric and PCC Airfoils in Georgia. A former US Marine, Council Member McGuire was elected in 2011 to represent District #1 on the Palm Coast City Council. He is a six-year resident of the City and has been married to his wife, Sandie, for thirty-five years. They have two children: Stephanie and Steven and two grandsons: Justin and Benjamin.
