PERMIT FEE DISCOUNTS STILL AVAILABLE THROUGH OCTOBER 31ST

If you're looking to expand or renovate your business or make improvements to your home, now's the time to act. The City of Palm Coast's 90% discount on building permitting fees continues only through October 31, 2012.

The discount fee program has had a strong impact in our community, saving nearly $2 million for business owners, contractors and residents since its inception in 2009.

Saving 90% on your new project could make a big difference for your bottom line. Plan to contact the City's Building Division soon, at 386-986-3780, to learn how to take advantage of the fee discount.

UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC) Click here to view the City's first Unified LDC adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008 under Ordinance # 2008-16.	CITYWIDE AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP On October 21, 2008, the City Council adopted Ordinance # 2008-23 whereby amending the City of Palm Coast Official Zoning Map. The purpose of a citywide amendment to the Official Zoning Map was to implement the provisions of the City's first Unified (complete) Land Development Code that was adopted by City Council on August 19, 2008.
